It is an object of the present invention to provide a saliva secretagogue promoting agent that can maintain the saliva secretion effect even after a lapse of 30 minutes after ingestion, and which can be safely and routinely used even when ingested. A saliva secretagogue is added to the oral composition or food, and the saliva secretion effect is continued until 30 minutes after ingestion of the saliva secretory effect. In addition, the fruit juice is conventionally used as an additive such as candy, so that there is no problem in safety even if it is ingested.
