The present invention relates to a device for clamping and transporting a panel of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) fuel tank which prevents a synthetic resin coated on the interior of a cargo tank from being damaged and easily transports an insulation panel to attach the insulation panel during a process of insulating the interior of the cargo tank to allow a membrane LNG ship to store LNG to transport the LNG. The device for clamping and transporting a panel of an LNG fuel tank comprises: an integrated support frame assembled in a prescribed height from a floor; a support frame vertically installed on an upper portion of the support member; a first guide frame connected to an upper end of the support frame to allow one end of a first hydraulic cylinder to be connected to one surface of the support frame and allow the other end of the first hydraulic cylinder to be connected to one surface thereof to be rotated; a second guide frame slid and coupled into the first guide frame, and slid and transported by allowing one end of a second hydraulic cylinder to be connected to the other surface of the first guide frame and allowing the other end of the second hydraulic cylinder to be connected to one surface thereof; a support plate fixed and assembled on an end of the second guide frame; a jig fixing unit connected to the support plate to be rotated; and an aluminum jig connected to the jig fixing unit to fix an insulation panel.
