A method for adjusting an advertisement bidding price based on residence time of a visitor in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a first step of receiving advertisement inflow information including each residence time of visitors who click an advertisement site from an analysis script inserted into the clicked advertisement site in a first module; a second step of evaluating a virtual purchase conversion number, which is the number of visitors whose residence time included in the advertisement inflow information is more than predetermined residence time among visitors who clicked the advertisement site in a second module; and a third step of adjusting a charging cost per click with respect to the advertisement site based on the virtual purchase conversion number in a third module. In this regard, the third step includes: a step of evaluating a virtual conversion cost, wherein the total advertisement cost obtained by multiplying the total click number of the advertisement site and the charging cost per click is divided by the virtual purchase conversion number to evaluate the virtual conversion cost; and a step of adjusting the charging cost per click with respect to the advertisement site in accordance with the virtual conversion cost and a predetermined target virtual conversion cost, wherein in case that there is no visitor whose residence time is more than the predetermined residence time, non-conversion limit allowance number is increased per predetermined bidding period, and if the non-conversion limit allowance number reaches a predetermined critical number, the charging cost per click is adjusted to a predetermined minimum cost.
