The present invention relates to an internet cafe payment system and a method thereof. More specifically, a beacon installed in an internet cafe detects that a customer terminal enters the inside of the internet café and an internet cafe franchise server assigns a code to the customer terminal which enters the inside of the internet café so that start, end and payment are performed by a code reader attached to an internet cafe terminal. The internet cafe payment system comprises the customer terminal, the internet cafe terminal, the internet cafe franchise server, a financial server, and an internet cafe managing terminal.
