The present invention relates to cosmetic compositions for improving the skin elasticity of formulations of skins, emulsions, essences or creams, comprising an extract of Ishige okamurae, a marine plant belonging to brown algae. The cosmetic composition of the present invention is excellent in feeling of use and can significantly improve skin elasticity without stimulation.
