The present invention relates to a multifunctional wave dissipating structure, and more particularly, to a multifunctional wave dissipating structure for suppressing coastal erosion, improving a wave dissipating effect, and securing a fishery space. A multi-functional wave dissipating block structure according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a main body block having a box shape opened forward and rearward and installed to be spaced apart from a coast to a sea at a predetermined distance; a triangular partition block having an opened top surface, integrally coupled in a wedge shape across the center of the main body block, and protruding from a rear surface of the main body block by a predetermined length; and first and second water passages formed at left and right sides of the main body block by the partitioning block. The first water passage is opened forward and rearward and tapered to a left side of the partition block so that the first water passage has a trapezoidal horizontal cross section having a left side of right angle. The second water passage is opened forward and rearward and tapered to a right side of the partition block so that the first water passage has a trapezoidal horizontal cross section having a right side of right angle. The seawater flowing into the first water passage is maintained in a horizontal state and narrowed to the left suddenly so that the seawater collides with the seawater going straight to the left side of the main body block to interfere with the wave rising motion. The seawater flowing into the second water passage is maintained in a horizontal state and narrowed to the right suddenly so that the seawater collides with the seawater going straight to the right side of the main body block to interfere with the wave rising motion and to prevent wave overtopping. Thus, the seawater is stayed in the partition block which is confined except for the opened upper surface.
