MULTI-STAGE SEWAGE SLUDGE DRYING APPARATUS WITH RECIRCULATION OF COMBUSTION HEAT

The present invention relates to an apparatus to effectively dry sewage sludge generated from a sewage treatment plant by using the recirculation of combustion heat. To dry sewage sludge, the sludge is transferred stage by stage through a screw transfer method while being dried through internal heating and/or external heating methods, and multiple sub burners as well as a main burner are placed in a proper position on a transfer line to use waste heat, and also, odor generated during the sludge drying procedure is completely combusted in a spontaneous combustion condition. Through this new type of sludge drying method, the present invention provides a multistage sewage sludge drying apparatus capable of improving drying efficiency, saving energy, and preventing environmental pollution.
