The present invention relates to an apparatus for bonding identical or different fabric materials by using a moisture-curable adhesive agent and a fabric material bonding method thereof. The apparatus can automate a fabric sheet manufacturing process used to bond identical or different fabric materials in the shape of a mesh or sheet with uneven surfaces in an enhanced manner. According to the present invention, the apparatus includes: a fabric material supply means for individually supplying one or multiple fabric materials; an adhesive coating means including a coating roller for selectively coating a moisture-curable adhesive agent to the surface of the fabric materials, an adhesive agent spray unit and an adhesive agent supply tank which coat the moisture-curable adhesive agent to a surface of the coating roller, and first and second humidifiers supplying moisture to the moisture-curable adhesive agent to enhance the curing speed and viscosity of the moisture-curable adhesive agent; a fabric material bonding means which presses and attaches the fabric materials to prepare an integrated fabric sheet; a conveying means which conveys the fabric sheet along a conveying roller arranged in a progressing direction; a heating means which applies heat to the fabric sheet to guide a quick chemical reaction of the moisture-curable adhesive agent and the moisture while enhancing the bonding force; a dehumidifying means which draws in and recovers the heat and moisture discharged from the fabric sheet; a cooling means which sprays the air by using an air spray unit to the fabric sheet, lowers the temperature, and stabilizes the bonding part of the fabric sheet; and a cutting and packing means cutting the fabric sheet in a lengthwise unit.
