The present invention relates to a two stage cover sheet for a bidet, which comprises: a bidet body; a toilet seat rotationally coupled to the bidet body; a lower toilet seat cover rotationally coupled to the bidet body, and covering a portion of the toilet seat; and an upper toilet seat cover movably coupled to the lower toilet seat cover, and covering the other portion of the toilet seat.
