METHOD FOR PREPARING HYALURONIC ACID WITH ULTRA-LOW MOLECULAR WEIGHT

The present invention relates to a method for preparing a hyaluronic acid with a low molecular weight. More specifically, the method, which is for preparing a hyaluronic acid with a molecular weight of 10,000 or less or the salt thereof, includes the steps of: (a) dispersing a hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof in a basic aqueous medium; (b) centrifuging the solution prepared by the dispersion executed in step (a) to obtain a supernatant therefrom; (c) neutralizing the obtained supernatant and applying sodium chlorides and an organic solvent thereto; and (d) centrifuging the solution prepared in step (c) to obtain a precipitate therefrom. The method can be used to easily prepare the hyaluronic acid, which has a low molecular weight and does not cause microbial contamination, by dispersing the hyaluronic acid in the basic functional solvent and reprocessing the supernatant obtained by centrifugation.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
