The present invention relates to a plated steel sheet for hot-forming with excellent impact resistance, capable of being applicable to parts of a vehicle, a hot-formed member using the same, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the plated steel sheet for hot-forming comprises: a base steel sheet including 0.15 to 0.4 weight percent of C, 0.05 to 1.0 weight percent of Si, 0.6 to 3.0 weight percent of Mn, 0.001 to 0.05 weight percent of P, 0.0001 to 0.02 weight percent of S, 0.01 to 0.1 weight percent of Al, 0.001 to 0.02 weight percent of N, 0.001 to 0.01 weight percent of B, 0.01 to 0.5 weight percent of Cr, 0.01 to 0.05 weight percent of Ti, and the remaining consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities; and an Al-Si plating layer formed on a surface of the base steel sheet, wherein a thickness of a carbon depleted layer in a surface part of the base steel sheet is 5 μm or less. The surface layer means a region up to a depth of 200 μm from the surface of the base steel sheet and the carbon depleted layer means a region with a carbon content of 50% or less with respect to an average carbon content (C_0) of the base steel sheet.
