A milking management method using a milking device having a smart cow weighing device comprises the steps of: inputting, to a cow management device controlling the milking device, the signal sensed by a first sensor provided on the entrance passage of the milking device to detect entry of a cow; inputting, to the cow management device, the weight of an entered cow before milking the cow obtained from a first weighing device provided on a lower portion of the entrance passage; inputting, to the cow management device, a signal corresponding to entry into a milking unit sensed by a second sensor provided on the milking unit of the milking device to detect entry of the cow into the milking unit; controlling the milking unit by the cow management device, so that the milking unit milks the entered cow; inputting an object identification signal for the cow obtained from an object identification device provided on the exit passage of the milking device; inputting, to the cow management device, the weight of the cow after milking the cow obtained from a second weighing device provided on a lower portion of the exit passage; and calculating data about the weights before and after the milking and producing a milk yield by the cow management device. The present invention is able to simply and accurately measure weight and a milk yield of each cow only with a weighing device.
