Disclosed is an anchor apparatus capable of changing an installation position of an anchor socket which can change a position where an anchor socket is to be installed to prevent interference with a reinforcing bar installed in a structure such as a bridge post, easily fix an object to be fixed, and easily replace a structure support apparatus. The anchor apparatus capable of changing an installation position of an anchor socket to fix a member to be fixed on a structure comprises: an anchor socket to be installed on a position separated from the member to be fixed; an anchor bolt to be coupled to the anchor socket; and a connection fixing member having a hole on one side thereof to allow the anchor bolt to pass therethrough to fix one side thereof on the anchor socket by the anchor bolt and fix the other side thereof on a connection unit of the member to be fixed by a fixing means to connect the member to be fixed and the anchor socket and transfer a horizontal force applied to the member to be fixed to the anchor socket.
