The present invention relates to wireless network technology, and more particularly, to an apparatus and method for implementing communication jamming scheme using packet spoofing in a wireless network. According to the present invention, a network protocol is divided into an open protocol and a non-open protocol based on packet data obtained through a packet sniffer. A manipulated attack packet suitable for the protocol is generated and transmitted. So, it is possible to more effectively jam a target network. The apparatus further includes a packet parser; an open protocol jamming packet generating unit; a non-open protocol jamming packet generating unit; a jamming unit; and a packet output part.
