SYSTEM FOR VERIFYING THE PERSONAL IDENTITY USING BANK ACCOUNT AND THE METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a system for verifying personal identity using a bank account. According to the present invention, the system for verifying personal identity using a bank account includes: a service company server providing a web service or a mobile application service; a user terminal to which the service company server can connect; and a personal identity verifying agency server performing a personal identity verifying procedure of a user connected by the user terminal by proxy before the service company server provides the web service or the mobile application service. The service company server receives information about a user′s bank account, including the user′s name, bank name, and account number from the user through the user terminal and transmits the received information about the user′s bank account to the personal identity verifying agency server. The personal identity verifying agency server generates an OTP for verifying the personal identity and inputs the OTP for verifying the personal identity, generated in a sender field while remitting a predetermined sum of money to the user′s bank account transmitted from the service company server. The service company server receives the OTP for verifying the personal identity from the user through the user′s terminal and transmits the same to the personal identity verifying agency server. The personal identity verifying agency server compares the OTP for verifying the personal identity, which is transmitted from the service server, and the OTP for verifying the personal identity, which is stored in the personal identity verifying agency server. So, the personal identity verifying agency server can transmit a result in accordance with whether the OTP for verifying the personal identity, which is transmitted from the service server, and the OTP for verifying the personal identity, which is stored in the personal identity verifying agency server, correspond to each other, to the service company server.
