The present invention relates to a seismic reinforcement structure of a hallway type apartment using a tower type seismic device, capable of facilitating seismic reinforcement of an old building. According to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a pair of new pillars spaced apart from each other at a predetermined distance to be parallel with each other, and formed outside apart from an outer wall surface of an existing building at a predetermined distance; an outer horizontal member to horizontally connect the pair of new pillars at a predetermined distance; a new beam to horizontally connect the new pillar with the outer wall surface of the existing building at predetermined intervals; and a seismic damper having a fixing member formed in the new pillar and the outer wall surface of the existing building and connecting between the fixing members in a brace type, so as to be operated by interlayer deformation of the existing building.
