The present invention relates to a preparation method for polymer resin powder using a synthetic rubber latex. More specifically, the present invention relates to a preparation method for polymer resin powder using a synthetic rubber latex, in which butadiene acrylonitrile synthetic rubber latex is dispersed using an inorganic dispersant, and subsequently subjected to liquid coagulation in a high solid concentration to produce polymer resin powder with excellent particle distribution, excellent powder flowability, and high apparent volume. The preparation method for polymer resin powder using a synthetic rubber latex comprises: a dispersion step in which 20-60 parts by weight of an inorganic dispersant with respect to 100 parts by weight of a latex polymerization liquid are introduced into a reservoir, and stirred; a coagulation step in which 20-80 parts by weight of a coagulant and 5-10 parts by weight of an organic dispersant with respect to 100 parts by weight of a latex polymerization liquid discharged from the reservoir are introduced into a coagulation tank, and stirred to be coagulated; an aging step in which latex slurry discharged from the coagulation tank is introduced into an aging tank, and aged; a dehydration step in which the latex slurry discharged from the aging tank is dehydrated to reduce water content; and a drying step in which polymer particles obtained in the dehydration step are dried.
