DNA DNA vaccine for prevention and treatment of fish viral hemorrhagic septicemia

The present invention relates to a DNA vaccine composition for preventing or treating viral hemorrhagic septicemia of a fish comprising as an active ingredient a recombinant expression vector comprising a DDx41 gene and a VHS viral glycoprotein gene. The DNA vaccine of the present invention uses the DDx41 gene as a molecular adjuvant and the VHSV glycoprotein gene as a virus antigen, and the DNA vaccine was inoculated into a flounder. Therefore, the DNA vaccine of the present invention is expected to be useful as a vaccine for preventing and treating viral hemorrhagic sepsis infection of fish, particularly, flounder, as an effective DNA vaccine prepared by adding a molecular adjuvant to VHS virus .
