In a laser operation guide system including a C-arm fluoroscopy (hereinafter, C-arm) to check a state of a patient and support an operation plan, and a laser target projection device to directly project an operation planned line on an affected area with a line projection module generating laser, a method to match the laser target projection device and a C-arm image comprises: a step of generating a predetermined laser pattern from the line projection module; a step of penetrating the predetermined laser pattern outputted from the line projection module by a matching tool including a collimator with a predetermined orientation; a step of calculating an external parameter of the matching tool in a projection image penetrating the matching tool; and a step of using the external parameter to convert coordinates of the C-arm into coordinates of the line projection module. Accordingly, precise position matching between the laser module and the C-arm is realized by using the matching tool, thus being able to provide a correct laser guidance during operation.
