The present invention provides a kit for colon cancer diagnosis or prognosis analysis and a method for detecting a colon cancer diagnostic marker. The present invention provides a biomarker capable of early diagnosis of colon cancer development more accurately than before. According to the present invention, the biomarker can diagnose the possibility of malignancy of a colon polyp which can be overlooked in the conventional diagnosis of colon cancer.;
