The present invention provides a high-temperature resistant 6-axis vertical articulated robot having an anti-collision function, whereby thermal-isolation and cooling functions are provided to prevent thermal damage of parts such as a motor, an electric wire, and the like in a high-temperature environment, and an object approaching the inside of an operating range is sensed to prevent damage due to collision with the object. The robot includes a base frame fixedly mounted to the bottom thereof, first to sixth axial link frames, which are continuously coupled and driven with respect to the base frame, a base insulating cover having an insulating material externally surrounding and contacting the base frame, and a first axial link insulating cover, a second axial link insulating cover, a third axial link insulating cover, a fourth axial link insulating cover, and a fifth axial link insulating cover, which surround the respective link frames with an insulating material. The robot further includes a plurality of collision detection sensors radially arranged on the base frame so as to detect whether an object is approaching each of the interlocked operating range from the first axial link frame to the sixth axial link frame, and a collision sensing control unit for determining whether or not the object approaches the operating range and determining a possibility of collision with the object with respect to the sixth axis link frame, through signals received from the collision detecting sensors.
