The present invention relates to a shear testing structure for metal materials, and a shear test apparatus thereof, wherein the shear testing structure enabling an angle of attachment to a shear test apparatus to be adjusted, such that tests can be performed under a pure shear load condition, a tensile-shear load condition, and a tensile load condition. The shear testing structure is provided with a plurality of open areas which are provided on both sides of a central portion, such that a deformable portion, to which shearing stress or tensile stress is applied, is provided between the open areas, and two slits extending from the open areas to peripheral portions thereof. The shear testing structure includes a first fixing portion and a second fixing portion divided by the slits. The first fixing portion is detachably coupled to a first jig of the shear test apparatus, and the second fixing portion detachably coupled to a second jig of the shear test apparatus. The shear test apparatus includes the first jig, the second jig, and a tensioning unit pulling the first jig and the second jig away from each other.
