An apparatus for generating a concrete creep prediction model operated by at least one processor includes a prediction distribution calculating unit which obtains a model variable and a prior distribution of each of a plurality of prediction models and calculates a prediction distribution for each prediction model inferred from the model variable and the prior distribution of each prediction model based on measurement data of a concrete creep, and a prediction model integrating unit for generating an integrated prediction model by linearly weighting the prediction distribution for each prediction model based on the measurement data. Accordingly, the present invention can improve the accuracy and reliability of a prediction.
