The present invention relates to a fire alarm system using electricity and a communication facility of an apartment house and, more specifically, to an improved fire alarm system using electricity and a communication facility of an apartment house capable of minimizing property damage and loss of life and preventing deterioration of a remote computer performing a server function to achieve longevity by integrally performing fire report, point of ignition alarm announcement, evacuation route display, and notice for evacuation broadcasting according to a point of ignition when a fire occurs in an apartment house.
