A method for manufacturing fashion jewelry with a luxury multi-color design according to the present invention comprises: a step of charging a base material having one material property among metal, rare metal, and non-metal and forming a vacuum state in a chamber; a step of feeding a reaction gas to form plasma in the chamber; a step of forming a multilayer film of oxidant and metal on the surface of the base material by executing electronic beam deposition or sputtering in the chamber; and a step of forming a water repellent coating film additionally on the surface of the base material coated with the multilayer film of oxidant and metal, thereby capable of realizing uniquely designed color through the multilayer film of oxidant and metal and the water repellent coating film, and preventing discoloration of the surface at the same time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
