Provided is an apparatus for antiicing a fresh water pond for extinguishing a forest fire. For a simple structure and increase of an antiicing area, the present invention comprises: a buoy body installed on the water surface of an intake source used as water for extinguishing the forest fire; a fixture fixing the buoy body at a predetermined position of the intake source so as to prevent movement of the buoy body; and an antiicing unit which is supported by the buoy body and which is installed at a water depth of a certain depth from the water surface of the intake source, moves the water to the water surface to prevent icing of the water surface.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
