The present invention provides a debris flow control device that can be installed without foundation work and installed in a mountain valley so that the debris flow can be collected smoothly into the inside of the net and collapse can be prevented. The debris flow control device installed in a mountain valley according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises an earth stone collector net having a box shape having a bottom net plate, a rear net plate, and both side nets and provided with an earth stone inflow port open to the front surface portion, a net-like lifting shutter disposed on the top of the earth stone collector net and rotatably installed on the rear net plate and lifted and rotated by the earth stone flowing into the earth stone collector net through the earth stone inflow port; a plurality of net supports arranged in two rows arranged in a vertical direction with respect to the bottom net plate of the earth stone collector net and connected to the both side net plates by a plurality or more, respectively; and a wire cable having both ends respectively connected to the pair of net supports facing each other and installed to cross the upper surface of the net-like lifting shutter in the width direction in order to limit the lifting rotation amount of the net-like lifting shutter during earth stone inflow into the earth stone inflow port.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
