The present invention relates to a tax-refund reservation service method and a program thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the tax-refund reservation service method includes: a tax refund page providing step (S100) of allowing a service server to request a user client to provide a tax refund service page; a step (S300) of allowing the service server to receive a purchase serial number recorded on a refund slip from the user client through the tax refund service page; a shipment confirmation requesting step (S500) of requesting confirmation of shipment of duty-free goods corresponding to the purchase serial number by transmitting user information including user passport information and the purchase serial number to a refund agency server; a step (S700) of requesting the refund agency server to make a reservation of refund for the purchase serial number of the duty-free goods, of which shipment confirmation is not progressed; and a step (S900) of allowing the service server to receive a request for transferring a refund amount to a user account from the refund agency server when shipment confirmation is completed for the purchase serial number, for which the refund reservation is requested. According to the present invention, a purchaser of duty-free goods may perform a refund procedure regardless of completion of shipment confirmation.
