The present invention relates to a nomad buoy for a multi-purpose marine platform capable of submarine cable connection comprises: a buoy hull including a pair of mooring eye plates fixed on a center girder to install mooring ropes on a stem and a stern of a hull, and a cleat fixed on a deck to allow a submarine cable to be connected in a direction crossing the center girder; an auxiliary buoy installed on both sides of the buoy hull to improve stability of the buoy hull; and a pair of mooring ropes installed on the mooring eye plates towards the stem and the stern of the buoy hull. The buoy hull is moored at two points to be stably installed. The mooring ropes and the submarine cable are installed to cross each other to prevent tangling or interference of the submarine cable. A transverse inclination by a transverse wave or the like can be maintained at a small angle by the auxiliary buoy.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
