The present invention relates to a system, a server and a method for providing a teenager payment service implemented for teenagers to directly make a payment in cash using a beacon and withdraw cash for the payment with approval of a guardian. The method includes the steps of: allowing a teenager payment terminal to inform a payment identification when a cash payment is requested; allowing a provider terminal to request a payment according to the payment identification informed from the teenager payment terminal after requesting the teenager payment terminal to make the cash payment; allowing a teenager payment service providing server to receive the request of payment from the provider terminal, transferring cash to a virtual account of a provider and simultaneously requesting approval of the payment, being informed of payment approval, and transferring the cash from the virtual account of the provider to a deposit account of the provider; and allowing a guardian terminal to receive the request for approval of the payment from the teenager payment service providing server and informing the payment approval to the teenager payment service providing server.
