The present invention relates to a laser guide device for guiding a predetermined distance to a user by using a laser, and a method for measuring a distance and an angle using the same. The laser guide device comprises: a body member including a first surface, a second surface which is located to face the first surface, and a third surface which connects the first surface and the second surface, in order to form an appearance; a fixing member having a groove which is located at the center of the second surface of the body member and is inwardly recessed so as to designate a first point; and a laser member including a laser module which is located inside the body member and outputs a laser line extending in a first direction and a sub motor which is located inside the body member and rotates by a predetermined rotation angle.
