The present invention relates to prediction of premature birth risk using a change of a microbiome in blood, and more specifically, provides a composition for diagnosis of the premature birth risk by detecting strains of Weissella, Thermacetogenium, Faecalibacterium, Clostridium, or Lactobacillus in the blood of a pregnant woman.
