The present invention relates to a compressing and reducing machine exclusively used for recycled plastics and an improved apartment house recycling center using the same, wherein the waste synthetic resin plastics are recycled plastics, and the apartment house recycling center includes the compressing and reducing machine exclusively used for the recycled plastics which compresses the recycled plastics at a predetermined pressure, thereby forming the compressed recycled plastics in a rectangular parallelepiped shape to discharge the formed recycled plastics in an apartment hose recycling center for reducing volume of waste synthetic resin recycled goods and collecting the volume-reduced waste synthetic resin recycled goods. The compressing and reducing machine according to the present invention has effects of maximizing collection rate and greatly increasing quality of recycled plastics and resource recovery efficiency by forcibly pressing the recycled plastics among domestic wastes from the outside by a wedge member to forcibly discharge air in the recycled plastics and forcibly compressing the recycled plastics at a predetermined pressure to minimize and form the recycled plastics in a predetermined shape and then discharge the minimized and predetermined shaped recycled plastics at the same time, thereby storing and moving the same simply and inexpensively through miniaturization and fixed formation of the recycled plastics even without investing a lot of manpower or a tongs vehicle dangerous in collecting and transporting the recycled plastics, and greatly reducing volume of the recycled plastics in storing and moving the same.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
