The present invention relates to an eco-friendly marine organism resource treatment apparatus on the sea, and more specifically, to an eco-friendly marine organism resource treatment apparatus which improves the supply of hot air and circulation structure in a process of drying and fermenting marine organism resources to process marine organisms into food, additives, or feed to improve drying efficiency and productivity (e.g., markedly shortening drying time), improves drying and sterilizing functions to allow complete sterilization and markedly reduce energy used, improves drying and sterilizing functions to prevent marine organisms containing water from being attached to the inner circumferential surface of a drying drum to prevent improper drying in performing drying, and allows an internal temperature to be increased to 160°C to be compliant with a dry heat sterilizer standard (heating for 1-2 hours at 160°C) to completely eradicate microorganisms contaminated by original marine organism resources to improve stability in use as food, additives, or feed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
