The present invention relates to a global positioning system (GPS) guided parafoil aerial delivery system, which is dropped from an aircraft to deliver a freight to a destination by autonomous flight based on GPS navigation. According to the present invention, the GPS guided parafoil aerial delivery system comprises: a parachute part disposed on a top to guide safe drop of the freight; an automatic controller part disposed on the bottom of the parachute part, and adjusting dropping direction and posture to control a drop position; and a freight part attached to the bottom of the automatic controller part to receive the freight.
