Disclosed is a method to output information about relics of a royal tomb using augmented reality (AR), capable of displaying information about the relics in the royal tomb in a three-dimensional (3D) type. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a step (a) of recognizing current coordinate information of a mobile phone and information about a view direction of the mobile phone (240); a step (b) of calculating a distance (R) between the mobile phone and a royal tomb based on central coordinates of the royal tomb (relics) and current coordinates of the mobile phone; a step (c) of extracting data of one circuit (CR) with the distance (R) as a radius, and extracting four pieces of coordinate data placed at right directions (due east, due west, due south, due north) of the extracted data of the circuit (CR); a step (d) of extracting one set of coordinates (P) close to the central coordinate of the royal tomb among the four pieces of coordinate data; a step (e) of calculating an angular range (C′) of the relics between right directions of the mobile phone and the central coordinates of the royal tomb based on the coordinate (P), the central coordinate of the royal tomb, and the coordinates of the mobile phone; and a step (f) of displaying the relics corresponding to the distance (R) and the coordinate information of the mobile phone as AR when a rotational angle (a) of a camera is within the angular range (C′) of the relics.
