The present invention relates to a diode module state detection system using diode module heat radiation plate temperature and forward voltage detection in a photovoltaic power generation connection board. More specifically, the system comprises: a plurality of diode modules which include diodes and heat radiation plates individually installed for each diode, and are connected in parallel between a photovoltaic module and an inverter; a voltage sensor which senses forward voltages of both ends of the diodes; a temperature sensor which is installed on the heat radiation plate and senses a temperature; and a control unit. The control unit comprises a microprocessor which receives data measured from the voltage sensor and the temperature sensor, calculates a forward average voltage and an average temperature for a preset time T for each diode, and a sum average value of the average forward voltage and the average temperature except a specific diode from all diodes, and outputs a signal indicating that a specific diode module is abnormal when an absolute value obtained by subtracting an average value of the forward average voltage of the remaining diodes obtained by subtracting the specific diode from the forward average voltage of the specific diode for each diode is greater than a preset value according to the characteristics of the installed diodes, or when an absolute value obtained by subtracting the average temperature of the remaining diodes obtained by subtracting the specific diode from the average temperature of the specific diode for each diode is greater than a preset value according to the characteristics of the installed diodes.
