The present invention relates to a method of registering and managing a real estate agent and a method of identifying a status of a real estate agent using an integrated real estate information system. The method of identifying a status of a real estate agent using an integrated real estate information system comprises: a real estate agent registration step of classifying a real estate agent into a starting real estate agent, an affiliated real estate agent, and a real estate agent in accordance with a status of the real estate agent when online registration of the real estate agent is requested, registering a starting real estate agent by classifying the starting real estate agent into an individual starting real estate agent and a corporate starting real estate agent, and assigning a unique identification symbol and an identification device to a registered starting real estate agent and affiliated real estate agent; a real estate agent status changing step of recording and managing a change of a status of a real estate agent such as a case where a status of a starting real estate agent is changed by an administrative measure such as closure, temporary closure, and suspension of operation and circumstance changes, a case where a status of an affiliated real estate agent is changed by resigning from a real estate brokerage agency, changing jobs, and starting a brokerage agency, and a case where a real estate agent who is not performing brokerage work is hired by a brokerage agency or starts a brokerage agency; a real estate agent performance management step of managing contract performance of a real estate agent, administrative measure items of an registered administrative office, continuous years of service, years in operation, a current state of changing jobs, and performance scores; a real estate agent status identification step of checking whether a responsible worker of a brokerage request customer is a licensed real estate agent during inspection with the brokerage request customer; and a joint brokerage status identification step of checking whether a customer-side real estate agent and a real estate-side real estate agent are designated responsible real estate agents in case of joint brokerage.
