摘要

The present invention relates to a technology for recognizing a human activity in a low resolution image and a camera system for automatically adjusting a photographing resolution of a camera based on the technology. An activity recognition-based automatic resolution adjustment camera system comprises: a data server for generating learning data which is basic to recognize human activity in a low resolution image based on a high resolution learning image, and generating a human activity recognition model from the learning data; and an activity recognition-based automatic resolution adjustment camera for photographing a low resolution image and photographing an image by changing a conventional resolution mode to a higher resolution mode when it is determined to be an emergency situation through a first activity recognition for recognizing a human activity in the low resolution image by using the human activity recognition model transmitted from the data server. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to protect privacy of a subject, reduce battery consumption of the camera, and to efficiently utilize a storage space.
