The present invention relates to an anion exchange membrane excellent in ion exchange capacity and electrical properties, and a process for producing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to an anion exchange membrane prepared by synthesizing a copolymer comprising vinyl benzyl chloride, alkyl methacrylate, and styrene, followed by amination with tripropylamine, and a process for preparing the same. The present invention provides an anion exchange membrane containing most of the benzene structure excellent in structural dimensional stability and having excellent ion exchange capacity and electrical properties including a function of a membrane, and a manufacturing method therefor.
