A control system for overpressure adjustment air supply damper for a vehicle is installed in a front chamber of the ventilation area to control an air supply damper including at least one damper blade, in which the system is operated by using a processor. The control system includes: a power supply configured to receive and supply an external voltage; an activation unit configured to receive a user input corresponding to an activation signal; a sensor unit configured to measure air pressure of the front chamber; a control unit actuated in response to the actuation signal or the power signal received from the actuation unit to adjust a rotation angle of the damper blade based on the air pressure measured by the sensor unit; an output unit operated when the control unit is activated to transmit an activation confirmation signal to a control device remotely located; and an air volume control unit operated when the control unit is activated to transmit a complex air volume adjustment signal to a complex air volume adjustment motor. When the control system is used, a separate air volume controller control unit is unnecessary for the air supply damper, so that a space for installing other members such as a repeater and a manual exhausting operation box is secured. In addition, a plurality of differential pressure sensors are unnecessary, so that installation costs are reduced.
