One embodiment of the present invention relates to an energy optimization control system using deterioration prediction and diagnosis of an air blower, capable of correctly diagnosing an abnormal operation state of the air blower. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the energy optimization control system comprises: a current-voltage measurement unit to measure current-voltage in accordance with power and leakage power supplied to a plurality of air blowers; a power frequency acquisition unit connected to the current-voltage measurement unit to periodically acquire a power frequency of the power supplied to each air blower and synchronize an acquisition period of the power frequency of the air blowers; and a monitoring unit comparing the power frequency with a reference power frequency to predict a load state of the air blower, and using the load state, determination, the leakage power, and insulation resistance to predict an abnormal state and a replacement time point of the air blower.
