The present invention relates to a separation type swing plate for a golf simulator, capable of real implementation of local topography, and specifically, to a technique of a new concept, capable of simplifying a structure of a swing plate and implementing a ball position to be realistic by expanding an inclination angle range of a hitting upper plate to a lie of the local topography. An ascending and descending block of an existing swing plate causes a problem in which the lie of the local topography cannot be perfectly implemented as the inclination angle range of the hitting upper plate is narrow as the ascending and descending block ascends and descends within a remaining stroke when an inclination angle is adjusted since the stroke is reduced while the ascending and descending block is ascending and descending to reach a second starting point state. According to the present invention, to achieve the purpose of the present invention, when the hitting upper plate connected to one side of the hitting upper plate by a hinge to vertically and freely rotate reaches a second starting point, the hitting upper plate ascends and descends with only operation of a hitting control cylinder operating the hitting upper plate.
