The present invention relates to a polluted sediment treatment system using ultrasonic waves. According to the present invention, the treatment system includes: a magnetism separator for separating magnetic particles from polluted sediment; a settling tank condensing and settling dredged soil by adding a coagulant to the dredged soli which is classified as nonmagnetic particles through the magnetism separator; a multistage granularity separating unit including a plurality of granularity separators for separating only fine soil, of which the granularity does not exceed a predetermined granularity, by sequentially separating the dredged soil, settled in the settling tank, by granularity; an oxidizing unit including an oxidizing tank for storing the fine soil and water separated by the granularity separating unit, and oxidizing organic matter and separating heavy metals from the organic matter by generating an OH radical through the addition of iron ions and ozone and generating a cavitation effect of microbubbles; and a heavy metal elution tank storing an acidic solution, and eluting the heavy metals from the fine soil coming from the oxidizing tank.
