The present invention relates to tight pants integrated with an underwear, integrally including the underwear in tight pants to be worn without wearing a separate underwear. In particular, an inner cover type underwear covering a private part and an anus is integrally formed inside the tight pants, wherein the inner cover type underwear is formed by stacking four layers, which are a waterproof layer, a volume forming layer, an absorption layer, and a cotton layer, on the inner surface of the pants in the direction in contact with a human body so as to provide a function of an underwear. Accordingly, when the tight pants are applied to female pants used as an outer, such as a training suit, a yoga suit, and the like, the volume forming layer prevents wrinkles from being formed on a genital part of a female.
