The present invention relates to a data encoding/decoding method and, more specifically, relates to a data encoding/decoding method including a web server, a web application server (WAS) receiving personal information from the web server, and a DB server receiving SQL from the web application server. The method includes: a step (a) of delivering personal information, which is an encoding/decoding target, to an encoding/decoding server by filtering the encoding/decoding target through URI generated when the personal information is inputted; a step (b) of delivering the personal information to the encoding/decoding server by filtering the encoding/decoding target through SQL inputted from the web application server into the DB server; a step (c) of enabling the encoding/decoding server to encode the personal information and store the encoded value; and a step (d) of enabling the encoding/decoding server to deliver the encoded value to the web application server. The encoding/decoding server is connected with the web application server through a network, and the step (a) and the step (b) are able to be selectively conducted.
