The present invention relates to a noise filter module and a blind having the same. The noise filter module for increasing suppression performance of conductive noise and radioactive noise comprises: a relay unit communicating or blocking a voltage of input power supplied to a motor; a first surge absorption unit absorbing noise introduced from the input power; a second surge absorption unit absorbing the noise generated in accordance with an on/off operation of the relay unit; and a filter unit filtering a voltage equal to or lower than a threshold frequency among the voltages applied to the motor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
