The present invention relates to a method for coating and protecting surfaces of a concrete and a steel structure using an eco-friendly coating agent, and particularly, to a method for coating and protecting surfaces of a concrete or a steel structure using an eco-friendly coating agent, which has excellent adhesiveness to a coated surface of the concrete structure or the steel structure, and excellent durability, has excellent waterproofness to maintain surface protection effect for a long time, and at the same time, improves resistance against neutralization and salt damage. If the method of the present invention is used, it is possible to strengthen adhesive force and coupling force with the coated surface by using a material which contains cement and admixture with an excellent affinity with the coated surface of concrete and steel, and with which pores of the coated surface can be completely filled, as a primer component to process foundation. The present invention adopts a coating agent composition having excellent durability, and particularly, excellent properties such as chemical resistance, waterproofness, neutralization prevention, salt damage resistance, etc., thereby having the surface protection effect of the concrete and the steel structure. In addition, the present invention prevents an organic solvent or heavy metal from flowing out, thereby being eco-friendly, and is able to elongate life expectancy of a coating film, thereby maintaining the concrete and steel surface protection effect for a long time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
