The present invention relates to a remote building control system capable of controlling internet of things (IoT) environment individual indoor air quality. The remote building control system provides a building control server which receives operation status data of mechanical equipment, power equipment, lighting equipment and important equipment for building automatic control and a smart web controller which is connected through a multi I/O which is a digital contact point in a state enhancing security by blocking a control path so as not to directly control the building control server from the outside by using the internet. Also, the remote building control system can remotely monitor or control an indoor air measuring sensor which is installed at individual indoors and air quality data confined to the individual indoors which is transmitted through the connected indoor air measuring sensor through an application or a web connected to the internet by receiving a password connectable to the smart web controller.
