The present invention provides an acoustic tomography system to observe and monitor marine environments in real-time, comprising: a data measurement unit (P.1) including an acoustic data measurement unit and an environmental data measurement unit; a data transmission unit (P.2) connected to the data measurement unit (P.1) to transmit the measured acoustic and environmental data to a data processing unit (P.3); a first data processing unit (P.3) receiving the data from the data transmission unit (P.2) to calculate a flow speed distribution by each vertical layer; a second data processing unit (P.4) receiving the data from the data transmission unit (P.2) to calculate a sound speed distribution; and a data synchronization unit (P.5) using a result of the first and second data processing units (P.3, P.4) and a digital marine model to correct data and output a result. According to the present invention, seawater temperature and flow direction/speed changes of the sea are able to be monitored, thereby being used for marine product industries, such as a cultivating industry, fishery, and the like, and performing a role for predicting and preventing natural disasters, such as red tide, tsunami, and the like.
